Registration

Registration to the meeting is open via wire transfer and by credit card payment. It will be closed by July 26th. Registration fees will cover accommodations, most meals, attendance to sessions, coffee breaks, beverages (except for a couple of cash bars), taxes, the excursion and the banquet. Prices are as follows:

Early Registration ( - July 14):

  • Single use room - $1,200
  • Double use room - $950 (per person)

Late Registration (from July 15 to July 26)

Note: Late registration is subject to availability
  • Single use room - $1,300
  • Double use room - $1,050 (per person)

  • 4 nights in single with Breakfast, Dinner and Banquet - $738.00
  • 4 nights in single without Breakfast, Dinner and Banquet - $536.00

  • 4 nights in double with Breakfast, Dinner and Banquet - $470.00
  • 4 nights in double without Breakfast, Dinner and Banquet - $268.00

  • Excursion - $50

Extra nights

Extra nights, including breakfast can be reserved at the same hotel at a price of $134 (single use room) or $67 (double room, per person). Note that extra nights in a double room need only be included and paid by one person in the party! For special requests (like adding lunch or deleting meals for accompanying person), please use the 'Comments' box.

Cancellation

Cancellations received until June 30th, will be refunded with a deduction of $50.00. From July 1st until July 26th there will be a refund of 50%. From July 26th on, no refund.
